A customized massage focused on releasing deep muscle adhesions and trigger points. Various techniques and stretching may be utilized for best results and relief of tension. (May or may not include full body depending on length of time.)

2 hour Customized Session:

Need more time to unwind and reset your mind and body? This 2 hour full body massage is customized to your needs and will allow for more focus on trouble spots and deeper relaxation. Sometimes you just need more time for yourself!

Chair Massage:

Want to be a rock star boss or host? We can bring relaxation to your office or event setting with chair massage! Your guests/employees will remain clothed so it is a very accessible option.
